Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Withdrawal from Courses:

  • Students may withdraw from a course at any time.

  • Written notification of withdrawal must be submitted to the academy within 15 days of enrollment.

• Missed Classes:

  • Missed classes due to illness or unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled subject to availability.

  • Missed classes without valid reasons will not be refunded or rescheduled.

2. Refund Policy

• No Refunds:

  • Grace Music Academy generally does not offer refunds for withdrawn courses or missed classes.

  • Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances, such as due to unforeseen events or at the discretion of the academy.

3. Force Majeure

• In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics), the academy may cancel courses without refund.
